How our unique 5-Step washing process works:
#1 Inspect
Construction, dyes, fibers and soils of your rug is determined.
#2 Dust
Our dusting machine produces up to 40,000 harmonic vibrations per minute to gently shake the embedded dirt and particles out of your rugs foundation fibers prior to washing.
#3 Wash
Hand and rotary washed in a submersion bath using fresh clean water and ph balanced solutions. WoolSafe Approved Products. Some rugs are cleaned with a dry cleaning process if found not cleanable with a wash process.
#4 Rinse
Rinsing flushes away soils, particles, and cleaning solutions. We rinse until the water runs clear and clean.
#5 Dry
Gravity, air and mild heat dry your rugs. Some rugs are dried flat or hung.
We Clean: Oriental Rugs , Flatweaves, Kilims, Dhurries, Cotton, Wool, Silk, Jute, Sisal, Synthetics, Fringe detailing, Repairs. If it is a fabric we can clean it.
